Owner and Director of the business. 14 years ago I took the plunge and started up this domiciliary care company. From starting off working in my spare bedroom, to then employing my first member of staff back in 2013, to now expanding the team to 20 staff and providing 300 hours a week of care and support to clients in Newent and the surrounding areas.

Helen has been with the company since 2012, she has NVQ 2,3 & 5 (Registered Managers Award). She is passionate about End of Life care and has NCFE level 2, is a Dementia Link worker and holds her Safe guarding level 3 qualification. 

Started March 2018 and has done all mandatory training plus her NVQ 2, Level 3 Safeguarding and working towards level 4 Lead  Practitioner in Adult Social Care.

Julie Dutton is a Senior Community Support Worker, she has been with us since May 2015. She has completed all her mandatory training and holds her NVQ 2 & 3.

Adrianne Egan  is a Community Support Worker, she has been with us since March 2020. She has completed all her mandatory training. She has completed NVQ 2 and 3.

Started with us Nov 2011 and has done all mandatory training plus her NVQ2.

Chloe has been with us since March 2021. She has completed all her mandatory training as well as her Care Certificate and is working towards NVQ level 2.

Started with us in Jan 2020 has all her mandatory training along with her Care Certificate

She has been with us since July 2017. She has completed all her mandatory training as well as her Care Certificate. She has completed NVQ2 and is in the process of doing her NVQ3.

She has been with us since March 2021. She has completed all her mandatory training as well as her Care Certificate.

Started with us in June 2017 hall all her mandatory training as well as her Care Certificate.

Started March 2018 and has done all mandatory training plus her NVQ 2 and 3.

Started Feb 2018 and has done all mandatory training plus her Care Certificate.

Started June 2021 and has done all mandatory training, she is in the process of completing her Care Certificate.

Maud joined the team in June 2024, she has a history of working in care and has completed all her mandatory training.

Jackie returned to the team after a short break in service in March 2024, Jackie has a wealth of care experience, all mandatory training is complete along with her NVQ2 & 3

Jenny is new to the team having joined us in January 2025, she was previously a home help, she has now completed all her mandatory training and competencies.

Michelle joined the team in August 2024, previously she was a senior carer in a residential home for the elderly, she has NVQ 2 and all mandatory training.

Tania has a history in training and development of staff for a large corporate company, along with accountancy experience within a large equine hospital. Most recently Tania managed a retail store and was responsible for the interviewing/induction and training of new staff along with managing the staff team and organizing fashion shows and new brand launches.  

Sharon started with us on 27-01-25 and has completed all mandatory training and competencies.

Jill started with us on 27-04-17 she has all her mandatory training along with her NVQ 2 & 3
